fv333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) fv333 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; (c) the account holder has failed to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe; or (d) continuing to operate the account would expose fv333 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, fv333 reserves the right to withhold any balance, bonus funds, or pending withdrawals held in the account. Where an account is closed due to circumstances unrelated to a breach of these Terms (for example, at the player's own request), any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting the fv333 support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five business days. Players who are closing their account for responsible gaming reasons are encouraged to request self-exclusion rather than simple account closure, as self-exclusion includes additional safeguards against re-registration.

Unauthorised use of fv333's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fv333 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the fv333 platform. This includes but is not limited to losses arising from technical malfunctions, system interruptions, data loss, unauthorised access to your account, or reliance on information displayed on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit fv333's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Where fv333's liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the total amount deposited by the player into their fv333 account in the thirty days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fv333 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, fv333 will endeavour to notify registered players by displaying a notice on the platform or sending a notification to the registered contact details associated with the account.
